1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services, request quotes, contact us, and send payment notices. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt unauthorized access; use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site; submit false, misleading or unlawful information; or use the Site to send spam or malicious code.
2. Information on the Site is general
Descriptions of services, equipment capacities, service areas, project examples and photographs are provided for general information. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Pricing, availability and scope are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement from us. Nothing on the Site is engineering, structural, legal or other professional advice.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and design, are owned by Redwood Concrete Pump or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. 4. Submissions
When you send us information through the Site (such as a quote request or payment notice), you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, Google Maps, Facebook, and government websites). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redwood Concrete Pump and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Service Terms, are the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
