Accessibility Statement

Redwood Concrete Pump is committed to making redwoodconcretepump.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we work to improve the Site on an ongoing basis.

What we have done

  • Every page has a single descriptive main heading and a logical heading structure.
  • Images have text descriptions (alt text), and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG AA color contrast ratios.
  • The Site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Forms have labels, and links and buttons have meaningful names.
  • Pages are responsive and work on phones, tablets and desktop screens, and text can be enlarged with browser zoom.
  • Embedded maps and videos are not required to understand the content; our phone number and address are always provided as text.

Testing

We regularly test pages with automated accessibility tools and manual checks. Automated tools cannot find every issue, so we also welcome your feedback.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed, such as Google Maps and the Google reCAPTCHA spam check on forms, is provided by other companies and may not fully meet accessibility standards. Autoplaying background videos on some pages are muted, decorative and do not carry information. If anything on the Site prevents you from getting what you need, please tell us and we will provide the information another way.
